Transfer Student Application Process Check List
 
 
Schedule a Spend-A-Day (not required, but highly recommended)
 
Submit Application for Admission with the $65 non-refundable application fee by January 12, 2018
 
Give Recommendation forms to:
  • Current Principal/Counselor
  • Current English Teacher
  • Current Math Teacher
Teachers will submit the recommendations directly to Seton.  They are due in the Admissions Office by February 2, 2018 or as soon as possible after this date.
 
Submit Transfer Applicant Request for Student Information Form to applicant's current school.
Transcripts must include at least one marking period from the current grade. School Records are due in the Admissions Office by February 2, 2018 or as soon as possible after this date.
 
Financial Aid (if applicable)
FACTS financial aid assessment applications must be submitted online by January 5, 2018, along with all necessary documentation.  Late applications will be accepted and processed, but financial aid resources will be limited.
 
Applicant Family Interview
After receiving the completed Application for Admission, the Admissions Office will contact you to schedule an informational family interview.
