Freshman Application Process

Application Process

Open House / Tour
  • Our Open House is Sunday, October 18, 2026. The Open House tour is the most comprehensive tour of our school and offerings, enabling you to meet teachers, coaches, staff, students and parents. Please plan to attend if you are able.
  • If you weren't able to attend Open House, you may schedule a personal tour of the school. Tours are available year round.
Submit an Online Application
  • The application for admission via the Admissions Portal.  (Note: Application portal for 2027-2028 applications will open October 18th) For priority consideration, please submit the application form and all checklist items listed below by January 8th.
Testing
  • The High School Placement Test (HSPT) is required for all incoming ninth grade applicants to Seton Catholic High School.  Register via the application checklist portal.  You must apply for admission prior to registering for the HSPT.
  • The following are the dates of the High School Placement Test administered by Seton Catholic
    • Make Up Testing is scheduled once an application is submitted.
Records Release and Recommendation Forms
  • Middle School transcripts (including one current year grading period), behavioral and attendance records are required, as well as English, Math and Principal/Counselor recommendations. All forms are sent via the Application Checklist in the Admissions Portal.
Financial Aid (if applicable)
  • The FACTS Financial Aid Application must be completed and submitted online, along with all necessary documentation by December 31st for priority consideration.  Applications will continued to be accepted after this deadline and evaluated once all materials are received.
Scholarships
  • Seton Catholic Named Scholarship applications will be available by November 1st.  Scholarship applications are due January 15, 2026.
Applicant Family Interview
  • Once you have submitted all application materials you will be able to schedule your interview online in the Admissions Portal.
Admission Decisions
  • Admissions decisions will be sent out mid February for all complete applications.
