Dennis Herling

Dennis Herling was born in Texas and moved around while his father was serving in the USMC. He moved to Nebraska in 2000 where he graduated from Clarkson High School in 2007. He played 1 year of college football at Midland Lutheran College (now called Midland University) before sustaining a head injury that ended his career. After taking time off from school, he earned his BS from Arizona State in Parks & Recreational Management. After graduating Dennis worked in business to business sales and worked in various sales jobs. He moved to Vancouver in 2016. He worked at Hudson's Bay for 4 years, serving as a paraeducator and football coach as the JV HC and varsity assistant coach. Dennis obtained his MS in Secondary School Counseling and Preventative Mental Health and completed his internship at Seton Catholic in 2019. In his second year at Seton Catholic he is serving in a variety of roles: teacher, educational assistant, development assistant, and head football coach.
