Juliana Smith
Juliana Smith was born and raised in Brazil, and came to the US when she was 19 years old. She has been teaching languages since she was 14 years old. Dr. Smith has taught English as a Foreign language, Spanish, Portuguese, English for Academic Purposes, Religion, Social Studies and various courses in the teaching prep program at the University level. She has two boys who are in high school and college. Her family moved to the northwest in 2015 from the midwest. She has a bachelor's degree in Spanish, a Master's in TESOL, Grad work in education and a PhD in International Education. She loves living in the pacific northwest because it reminds her of where she grew up in Brazil.
