Tricia serves as the President of Seton Catholic College Preparatory High School in Vancouver, WA and has been privileged to lead the organization for the past four and a half years as the school has developed its long range plan, designed, built and moved to its brand new campus and worked with the board, the advancement team, friends of Seton, the business community, faculty, staff, parents and alumni to raise over $13.5M toward a $20M five-year, comprehensive capital campaign.
Prior to taking on the leadership role at Seton Catholic, Tricia served on the senior executive teams for both Providence Health and Services and PeaceHealth where she led clinical and operational teams across five states, built shared services operations and teams and led marketing, strategic planning, digital health services, new facility planning, physician services and business development efforts. Tricia currently also provides consultative leadership for colleagues in both education and health care.
Tricia is passionate about making a difference in the lives of those who are most vulnerable in our community, especially kids. She is a graduate of the University of Portland and holds two master’s degrees – in health care administration and in theology with a focus on ethics – and a bachelor’s degree in communications and management. She volunteers her time in her parish, her son’s school, several community organizations and serves on the board of The Free Clinic of Southwest Washington.
Tricia, her husband Rett and their son James enjoy all kinds of outdoor activities and time with their extended family.
