Will Ephraim is a teacher and Head Varsity Football Coach at Seton Catholic Preparatory High School in Vancouver Washington. Coach Ephraim has been coaching all levels of football for over 20 years and teaching for ten and is currently rebuilding the Seton Catholic Football program. He served his previous years before working in the field of education in the high tech semiconductor industry, after receiving his master in teaching, he began his new career as an educator in the Vancouver School district. After six years with the Vancouver School district, he taught and coached in the Camas High School District as a technology teacher and the Special Teams Coordinator, and Defensive Backs Coach. At Camas, he was involved in helping the program reach four consecutive playoff berths and league titles. In four years as an assistant, he was involved in two state semifinal appearances and one state championship appearance.
Prior to coaching at Camas High School he was the Interim Head Varsity Football Coach at Hudson's Bay High School, where he doubled the number of football players turning out and retained those numbers throughout the season. Coach Ephraim played NCAA Division I College Football at Oregon State University where he was a four year starting Defensive Back. While at OSU, he was selected All PAC 10 Honorable Mention by the PAC 10 Conference for three consecutive years, as well as earning the honor of being elected co-captain by the OSU coaching staff and players his senior year.
Will Ephraim grew up in southern California and has been married to his wife, Janell for over 25 years and together they have five children, Isaiah, Jadon, Moriah, Michaela, Maliyah and two dogs Grace and Relic. Coach Ephraim prides himself on creating a positive experience, and empowering student athletes to become responsible citizens who value education and healthy competition and service to their community characterized by pride and excellence.
